No availability - Why are my times not showing as available? (video)

Availability not showing as expected? Here are a few tips and tricks to help you diagnose and solve the problem.

Check your calendar for all day events. If these are set to busy they may be blocking out your booking slots even when you're available.

If you are using the  On Duty feature, there are some other things to check:

  • is the spelling, spacing, capitalisation and punctuation exactly the same ?
  • are the events set to 'available'?
  • do your On Duty events correspond with the grid slots on your grid(start and end times, and minimum length of appointment). For example, if your minimum slot length is 120 minutes your On Duty events need to be at least that long.
