Send emails to more than one recipient

You have full control over who receives the confirmation and reminders you configure on your booking page, including sending the same email to more than one email address.

Edit a notification to send to more than one email address

In your booking page settings, navigate to Notifications > Actions. Select the email you would like to send to more than one email address. 

Alternatively, click the + sign to create a new notification. 


In the To* dropdown box, select Custom email(s) [comma separated]

In the Recipients field, enter the email address(es) you would like this notification to go to, separated by a comma

  • {ACCOUNT-EMAIL} will send this email to your YouCanBook.me account email address.
  • {TEAM-EMAIL} will send this email to the team member booked on this booking. 

Duplicate a notification to send the same email to multiple people

Sending a notification to multiple email address will copy everyone on the same email. There is no BCC option, and the emails will be revealed to all recipients. If you need to send the same email to multiple people without revealing their email address, duplicate the notification.

To duplicate an existing notification, hover over it and click the copy icon.

Then in the duplicated notification edit the recipient email.

In the  To* dropdown box, select Custom email(s) [comma separated]. 

In the  Recipients field, enter the email address you would like this notification to go to.
