How do I stop follow-up emails if the booker is a no-show?

You’ve got bookings coming in and notifications going out, including a beautiful follow-up email that is sent after the booking has happened. 

But what happens if the booking doesn’t happen?  You can mark the booking as a no-show. But how do you stop the follow-up email from being sent? always checks that a booking is still active in your calendar before we send any reminders or follow-ups. As long as the booking event is still in your calendar, will send the follow-up email as set in your settings. 

If someone doesn't show up, simply delete the event from your calendar and we won't send the follow-up.
