Set your booking page online or offline

Only online booking pages can take bookings from clients. You can toggle booking pages online or offline directly from your dashboard.

Setting a booking page offline

When a booking page is offline, it will not affect any existing bookings - scheduled reminders about the booking will continue to send. However no one new will be able to book time with you on that page.

Existing bookings on an offline page cannot be cancelled or rescheduled through YouCanBook.me. However, existing bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled by you, directly on your linked calendar. 

To set a booking page offline, click the three vertical dots on the booking page, and select Set offline

Or while editing a booking page, click the three vertical dots and click Set booking page offline.

Bookers attempting to access your booking page when it is offline will see this message. 

This message is standard and cannot be modified.

Setting a booking page online

You can bring any booking back online and available for bookings by toggling it to Online on your dashboard.

Or while editing a booking page, click the three vertical dots and click Set booking page online.
