Tracking notifications with the Actions timeline

If you’ve ever wondered whether the email or SMS that you’ve set to be sent for your bookings has actually made it to its destination, look no further than your Bookings page. Our new actions timeline lists all the completed and upcoming events for each booking - confirmations, SMS, reminders and follow-ups.

To find it, head to the Bookings dashboard of your account and click on the Details button next to the booking in question. 

Click on Timeline to see all the scheduled actions for that booking: 

Initially, the page will let you know if the Action has been successful. Coming soon, you’ll be able to see the reason a message failed and even re-trigger specific messages to send again.
