Different availability for different locations

YouCanBook.me can help provide a solution if your work is spread across multiple locations, and your availability varies across the locations you serve.

In this article:

Solution 1: Create Separate booking pages for each location
Solution 2: Use Teams feature for each location

Create Separate booking pages for each location

💡 Use this solution if:

Your availability doesn't overlap between locations, and you want all your bookings from each location to reside on the same linked calendars.

From your dashboard, either Duplicate an existing booking page or create a new one from scratch.

You can customize the booking page for each location by setting a unique booking page URL, and set the availability of that location.

All bookings pages will check the same linked calendar for conflicts, and will share availability. Make sure available booking times between locations do not overlap.

For your availability for each location, navigate to Times & Availability. Set the specific days and times that you work in each location either using Repeating Availability or Custom Availability

If you use Custom Availability -  use a different key phrase on each booking page to differentiate your availability from location to location.

In the GIF below, the West Campus Reservations page is available for bookings Monday-Wednesday, and the East Campus Reservations booking page is available Thursday-Saturday.

Sharing your links with bookers

Each location will have its own booking page link (URL) so you can share the specific link based on the location your booker would like to reserve.

Or you can embed the booking pages on your own website so the booker can choose their preferred location.

Use Teams feature for each location

💡 Use this solution if:

You want to have a single booking link for all of the locations you offer, or you have overlapping availability between locations. You will link each location to it's own unique calendar, so your subscription costs may increase

In your account, create a single booking page. Under Calendar & Teams, turn Teams on. Make each location a different team member, with each location linking to its own unique calendar for availability.

In the Team page intro text box, include instructions to your clients, as this will be the first text they see when visiting your booking page.

Using Custom Availability designate when each location is available for bookings on their own unique linked calendar.

You can customize the notifications to provide details about the booking based on the location selected using Conditional statements
