Different availability for different locations
YouCanBook.me can help provide a solution if your work is spread across multiple locations, and your availability varies across the locations you serve.
Create Separate booking pages for each location
From your dashboard, either Duplicate an existing booking page or create a new one from scratch.
Customize each booking page for each location you service, including the URL and any booking instructions. All bookings pages will check the same linked calendar for availability, and all the bookings will go into the same calendar.
Each location will have its own booking page link so you can give out the links separately to your bookers depending on their location, or you can create a page on your website where your customer chooses their location — their selection will take them to that locations specific booking link.
For your availability for each location, navigate to Times & Availability. Set the specific days and times that you work in each location either using Repeating Availability or Custom Availability.
If you use Custom Availability - use a different key phrase on each booking page to differentiate your availability from location to location.
In the GIF below, the London booking page is available for bookings Monday-Wednesday, and the Manchester booking page is available Thursday-Saturday.
Use Teams feature for each location
In your account, create a single booking page. Under Calendar & Teams, turn Teams on. Make each location a different team member, with each location linking to its own unique calendar for availability.
In the Team page intro text box, include instructions to your clients, as this will be the first text they see when visiting your booking page.
Using Custom Availability designate when each location is available for bookings on their own unique linked calendar.
You can customize the notifications to provide details about the booking based on the location selected using Conditional statements.
