Create Separate booking pages for each location
You can create a different booking page for each location you offer bookings. Each booking page can link to the same calendar, if none of your availability overlaps.
From your dashboard, either Duplicate an existing booking page or create a new one from scratch.
Now on each booking page, you can set the specific days and times that you work in each location in the Times & availability section, either using Repeating Availability or Custom Availability.
If you use Custom Availability, use a different phrase on each booking page to differentiate your availability from location to location.
In the screenshots below, we work in the London Office Monday-Wednesday:
And the Manchester office Thursday & Friday.
Both bookings pages will check the same linked calendar for availability, and all the bookings will go into the same calendar.
Each location will have its own booking page link so you can give out the links separately to your bookers depending on their location, or you can create a page on your website where your customer chooses their location — their selection will take them to that locations specific booking link.
Use Teams feature for each location
With this option, you will make each location a different team member, with each location linking to its own unique calendar for availability. This is good if your availability overlaps for both locations, or you simply want to offer just one booking link to clients.
Under Calendar & Teams, activate the teams feature. Then select each calendar, and name that team member after the location:
Use our Custom Availability to set the correct available booking times for each location.
With this solution, you will link multiple calendars to your account, but you'll have just 1 booking page link to share with your customers.
