Change the organizer on the calendar invitation

When your client books time with you or someone on your team, an calendar invitation email will be sent from your integrated calendar account. Your booker is automatically added as a confirmed guest, and the event will be added to their calendar as well. 

You can change the calendar account that sends the invitation email by changing the account integrated with YouCanBook.me.

Change the Creator or Organizer for a standard booking page

Your calendar account email will be listed as the Creator or Organizer for all events booked onto any calendars in that account. This same calendar account will be listed on the calendar invitation email. 

To change the calendar account that appears in your calendar invitation emails or on the calendar event itself, make sure the new account is integrated with YouCanBook.me, and select the correct calendar from that new account on your booking page under Calendar & Teams. 

Change the Organizer on a team booking page

On a team booking page, to show a team member as the Organizer on bookings, you need to connect to the team members calendar through the calendar account they've shared with you as a Contributor.

Under Calendar & teams, edit each Team Member and select the correct calendar under the team members' calendar account that has been shared with you. You'll see this icon next to any calendar account that has been shared with your account. 

Connecting to the team members calendar account through a different integrated account will result in a different account being listed as the Organizer or Creator.
