Setting a From name on notifications with Gmail integrated
The From name reflected on your email notifications sent to clients is pulled in from your YouCanBook.me booking page settings, not from your integrated Gmail account. To set or modify this name, you need to temporarily remove your Gmail integration.
On your Integrations page, click Disconnect next to Gmail.
Navigate back to your dashboard, and select the booking page you want to edit. Go to Notifications > Actions, and for each email that sends to your booker (confirmation email, reschedule/cancel email, reminder email) edit the From name.
Once that name has been edited across all your notifications, you can go back to Integrations and reintegrate Gmail. Future notifications will send with the correct name on your emails to clients.
