I have Gmail integrated but my emails show a different name
Problem: you have Gmail integrated, but the name on your confirmation email is different than what your Gmail should display.
Solution: If you had a different name in the "From" section of your notification to booker before you Integrated Gmail, that name may appear on your sending emails. To fix this, you'll need to go to the Integrations page and remove your Gmail integration.
Then, go back to your booking page and you can edit the name in the From field under Notifications & workflow > Actions.
Once that name has been edited, you can go back to Integrations and reintegrate Gmail. Future notifications will send with the correct name on your email.
