Share team members static Zoom link

Our Zoom integration is in beta, and future releases will allow for your to generate unique Zoom links with Teams activated.

For now, you can use this workaround to show your team member's static Zoom link by putting that link in the team description, or by using conditional statements in the confirmation emails to your booker.

In this article:

Use Conditional Statements in confirmation emails

Use the Team Description field

For each team member you setup under Calendar & teams, add their static Zoom link to the team description box.

Then, in your confirmation emails you can reference the shorthand code {TEAM-DESCRIPTION} and that will display the Zoom link of the team member that was booked.

To hide this Zoom link from bookers on the booking form, delete the Team Description question.

Use Conditional Statements in confirmation emails

You can also use conditional statements to display each team members static Zoom link in confirmation emails, as well as in the calendar event description or reminder emails.

In Notifications, select the email you want to edit, like Confirmation email to booker. Build out a conditional statement for each team member.

In forming your conditional statements, the name of the team member must match exactly how you have it typed on the Calendar & teams page. There should be no space between the closing bracket of EQUALS and the team members first name.

{IF}{TEAM-NAME}{EQUALS}Michelle{THEN}Your meeting will be on Zoom with Michelle with this link: https://zoom.us/12345689 {ENDIF}

{IF}{TEAM-NAME}{EQUALS}James{THEN}Your meeting will be on Zoom with James with this link: https://zoom.us/987654321 {ENDIF}

{IF}{TEAM-NAME}{EQUALS}Thomas{THEN}Your meeting will be on Zoom with Thomas with this link: https://zoom.us/567891234 {ENDIF}

Depending on which team member is booked, their Zoom link will appear in all confirmation and reminder emails where this set of conditional statements appear.
