Send confirmation emails from a team member

With a team booking page, each team member will have the bookings go directly into their personal calendar. If each team member has integrated Zoom, we will generate unique Zoom links for their bookings from their own Zoom account. 

Continue your customization by sending the email to the booker from the team member booked. Any replies to the email will go straight to the team member who was booked. 

Send confirmation email from booked team member

In your booking page settings, navigate to Notifications > Actions. This section of your settings contains all of the emails that go to you (the account owner), the booker and the team member after a booking is made. 

In the section After a new booking is made, click to edit the Confirmation email to booker.

This is the template for the email that will send to the booker confirming their appointment.  

• From name - use the shorthand code {TEAM-NAME} to display the name of the team member booked.
• From email - use the shorthand code {TEAM-EMAIL} to send the email from the team members email, as listed under Calendar & teams.
• Email subject - edit the email subject with the details on the team member booked, if desired
• Email content - edit the email to include details on who the person will meet with, or sign the email using {TEAM-NAME}.

Customize the content of the email to booker

You can use conditional statements to further customize the body of the email, based on the team member booked.

For example, you can create a statement for each team member listing their contact details and meeting links:

Repeat the same steps for any email that goes to the booker, including any reminder emails you have set up.
