How can I share the Zoom passcode with bookers?

YouCanBook.me will automatically embed the passcode for your booking directly in your unique booking link. When you booker clicks on the link they will be taken to the meeting right away, without having to enter a passcode.

In your Zoom settings, make sure the option to Embed passcode in invite link for one-click join is toggled on.

If you are not able to adjust this setting in your Zoom account, or prefer to have  Embed passcode in invite link for one-click join toggled off, you'll need to manually include the passcode with your bookings using {ZOOM-PASSWORD}.

Add the shorthand code {ZOOM-PASSWORD} to any email template under Notifications > Actions where you want the booker to view the passcode for the booking. We recommend adding it to the reminder email that sends before the booking, and to the body of the calendar event.

YouCanBook.me will only pass in alpha-numeric passcodes. If you have different passcode settings, you may need to adjust your Zoom security settings
