The unique Zoom link says I need to complete the setup process

Our Zoom integration automatically gives you a unique Zoom link for every meeting that is booked online. 

A link is generated at the time of the booking that is based on the meeting’s unique reference code.  Just click on that link anytime within 30 minutes of the meeting start time and it will translate to a full Zoom link

If you click on your Zoom link and you see the message: "The meeting organizer needs to complete their setup process", it means we have lost connection to your Zoom account. 

You can quickly fix this by logging into your account and heading to the integrations page. Next to the Zoom integration, click the button to re-authorize the connection. That will immediately resolve that message and allow you to activate your Zoom link.
