When do you need to verify an email address?

Your account email address is automatically verified through when you create your account.

You will need to verify your email address when you attempt to send an email from a email address that is not your verified account email address.

How do you verify the email address?

Your account settings will alert you when you enter a non-verified email address under Notifications > Actions. Follow the Send verification email link in the alert to confirm that this email address belongs to you.

Use the link in the verification email to verify your email address. Once the link is clicked, the email will be verified for your account.

You can now use that verified email address to send notifications to any email address you specify.

What happens if I don't verify my email address?

If you do not verify the email address, emails will send from instead your designated unverified email address, and will include extra messaging in the body of the email.
