Add calendars to your subscription

Whether you're on a monthly or a yearly plan, you can adjust your subscription at any time to add additional calendars. Each unique calendar is counted once in your subscription, no matter how many booking pages it is linked to.

Your team can share their calendar with you by joining your account as a Contributor. YouCanBook.me will prompt you to increase your subscription once you are linking to one of the team members calendars on your booking pages. 

To add team members to your booking page, navigate to Calendar & Teams, and toggle Teams On

Click Add team member to start adding additional people to the page. 

For each team member you add to the booking page, select the target integrated calendar that YouCanBook.me should check for conflicts and where new bookings will be added. Each team member should be linked to their own unique calendar. 

When you're done setting up your team booking page, click Update Subscription in the yellow banner to upgrade your account to adjust for the correct number of calendars. 

When a booking page is Offline, it is unavailable for bookings. You'll only be prompted to upgrade when your booking page is toggled Online. If you're not ready to pay, you can continue editing your page in Offline mode

The price of the upgrade will be prorated to keep your subscription renewal date the same. Failure to update your subscription when you're linking to more calendars than your current subscription will result in your booking pages being made unavailable for bookings.

Another way to add calendars to your subscription is to create separate booking pages on your account. When each booking page links to its own unique calendar for bookings, you'll be prompted to upgrade your account. 

When a booking page is Offline, it is unavailable for bookings.  You'll only be prompted to upgrade when your booking page is toggled Online. If you're not ready to pay, you can continue editing your booking page in Offline mode

Check multiple calendars on the same booking page

Another option to add calendars to your subscription is to have a booking page check multiple calendars for mutual availability. Your subscription will be based on the number of calendars we are checking for conflicts. 

The price of the upgrade will be prorated to keep your subscription renewal date the same. Failure to update your subscription when you're linking to more calendars than your current subscription will result in your booking pages being made unavailable for bookings.
