YouCanBook.me is proud to be a fully bootstrapped company without any outside investors. Our team of 17 is fully-distributed across the world, from Minnesota to Johannesburg to our founders home in Bedford, England.
To stay "a tiny company that does big things" especially within the realm of supporting our thousands of valuable customers, we've learned that limiting our means of communication helps keep our operating costs low and instead invest our time and resources into building the best scheduling tool possible.
Currently, we are only able to offer email support to paying customers.
Free and paid users have access to our extensive Knowledge Base where they can find step-by-step guides as well as answers to frequently asked questions and video tutorials.
We also have a Community Forum where free and paid users can reach out to YouCanBook.me users to ask questions or offer advice.
Paid users can contact our support team via the Get Help button in their dashboard.
