Add meeting details to the confirmation and reminder emails

In your booking page settings under Notifications > Actions, you'll find all the emails that will trigger to your client after a booking.

Edit the Confirmation email to booker and the Reminder email before a booking. In the Email Content section, add all the details to the body of the email so your client doesn't have any questions about how you'll connect.

Speaking to them by phone? Add in your phone number so they know what to dial.

Using our Zoom or Google Meet integrations to generate unique video conferencing links? Add in the shorthand codes {ZOOM} or {GOOGLEMEET} to add clickable links to the email.

You can also go further and customize the body of the email based on your bookers selection.

Add meeting details to the calendar event

When your client books a time with you, the event is added to both your calendar and theirs. So make sure they can quickly access the meeting details for the event on their calendar by editing the body of the calendar event.

Under Notifications > Calendar Events, edit the title of the event, along with the description.

Speaking to them by phone? Add in your phone number so they know what to dial.

Using our Zoom or Google Meet integrations to generate unique video conferencing links? Under Event Location select that tool from the dropdown, which will automatically add the link to the location field on their calendar. All they have to do is click the link to join.
