iOS 14 Conflict with Underscores in booking page URL

What is the issue? 

Starting with iOS 14, mobile Safari no longer supports underscores in URLs.

Who is affected?

Anyone who has booking pages that contain underscores in the URL, ie my_page.youcanbook.me

What does it mean for my customers?

Customers visiting your booking page on Safari iOS (Apple mobile devices) will see a message: "Safari cannot open the page because it could not establish a secure connection to the server."

How can I resolve this issue?

Edit any of your booking pages that contains an underscore by going the General settings page. You can replace the underscore with a dash (-) or remove the underscore and connect the two words together. 

This also means you'll need to update anywhere you've shared your booking page URL so your clients will still be able to find your page and book a time with you.
