Add Zoom as Event Location
Once you or your team members have integrated Zoom, Zoom can be set as the event location on any of the booking pages on the account. This setting is done on a page by page basis.

Set Zoom as the location on a individual booking page
Set up an individual booking page if you are using a standalone YouCanBook.me account and you want to generate Zoom links from your personal Zoom account.
💡 How do I know I'm using an individual booking page?
Open your booking page settings. Under Calendar & teams, your linked calendars will look like this screenshot if you've setup an individual booking page.
To set Zoom as the event location, navigate to Notifications > Calendar Events.
Click Add Event Location, and select Zoom from the dropdown. Click the blue button to save this location in your calendar event.
When you receive new bookings on this booking page, the Zoom link will be added to the calendar event.
If Invite participant to calendar event is toggled on for your booking page, new bookings will also be added to your client's calendar with the same Zoom link in the location field.

Set Zoom as the location on a team account
If you have team members connected to your YouCanBook.me account, you are part of a team account. This means you can create a combination of team booking pages and booking pages for individuals.
💡 Important note about booking pages on team accounts
To set Zoom as the event location on an any booking page in a team account, it is important to turn Teams On under Calendar & Teams.
For booking pages for a single person, you will still turn on Teams, and then select Booker automatically assigned team member to bypass the team member selection page.
To set Zoom as the event location, navigate to Notifications > Calendar Events.
Click Add Event Location, and select Zoom from the dropdown. Click the blue button to save this location in your calendar event.
Finally, navigate back to Calendar & Teams and ensure each team member on the booking page is linked to their individual Zoom account.
When new bookings are made this booking page, the Zoom link will be added to the calendar event.
If Invite participant to calendar event is toggled on for your booking page, new bookings will also be added to the bookers' calendar with the same Zoom link in the location field.

Set Zoom as the location on a mutual availability booking page
On a booking page that checks multiple team members calendars for conflicts, using the native Zoom integration generate a unique Zoom link from the Account Owners integrated Zoom account.
If the Account Owner is not being booked on this booking page, it is recommended to not set Zoom as the Event location, but instead to add a static zoom link in the Event Location field.
To add a static Zoom link, navigate to Notifications > Calendar Events.
Click Add Event Location and select Set an address or place. Enter the static Zoom link in the field below and click the blue button to save your changes.
