How to change your account email address

This page will walk you through the steps of how to change your account email address. 

Note: Your account email address is the address you use to sign in to the account, and if you're on our paid plan, it is also the default email address your invoices are sent to. Changing your account email address has no effect on any of your other settings, such as which email address your booking confirmations go to, or which calendar(s) is linked to your account.  See the 'related articles' links below for instructions on how to do those. 

If you change the email address on your account, you will no longer be able to use Single Sign-on, for example the Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft options. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click Account in the top right corner
  3. Click Update account email
  4. Enter the new account email
  5. Repeat the new email
  6. Check the box confirming the change and click the button Change Account Email.
