Dashboard folders can help you organize multiple booking pages on your account by team member, location, service, and more!
This feature is available on All plans.
- Create a folder

Create a dashboard folder
On your dashboard, you'll see a section called My Folders on the right-hand side. Click Create your first folder.
Type the title for your folder, and click OK.
Click on the + to add additional folders.
Add a booking page to a folder
On the booking pages you want to move into that folder, click the chevron next to Edit settings, and select Folders from the drop-down menu.
Select the folder you want to move this page into.
Now, when you select your dashboard folder on the right, you will only see the booking pages that are in that folder.
Remove a booking page from a folder
To remove a booking page from a folder or change the folder it is associated with, click the chevron next to Edit Settings, select folders, and deselect the folder, or select a different folder. A page can reside in multiple folders.
Edit or delete a folder
To edit the title of the folder, hover over the folder name and click the pencil icon. To delete the folder completely, hover over the folder name and click the trash bin icon.
Deleting the folder will not delete the booking pages in the folder - they will remain in the All Booking Pages view until deleted.
Set a folder as Default
If you set a folder as default, every time you log in to YouCanBookMe you'll see just the booking pages in that folder. You can always click All Booking Pages to view all pages in your account.
To set a folder as default, hover over the title and click the Star.
