How to downgrade your account

Not ready to upgrade your YouCanBookMe account after the free trial, or need to take a break from your subscription? You can downgrade your account to the free forever plan.

What is the free forever plan?

The free forever plan is the free version of YouCanBookMe with limited access to features. You can continue to use the free version to take bookings for appointments.

How to get your account ready

Before cancelling your subscription or letting your free trial expire, you'll want to make sure your booking page will still be active after the downgrade. That means turning off or removing any paid features you may be currently using on your account.

If you don't remove all the paid features before you downgrade, your booking page will be unavailable for bookings.

Downgrade your subscription

If you are on a paid plan, you'll want to cancel your subscription to downgrade to the free forever plan. 

Login to your YouCanBook.me account and go to your Billing page. Click Cancel Subscription. 

Select Cancel subscription on the following screen to confirm the cancellation. 

Once your cancellation has been confirmed, your paid subscription will  not renew at the end of your current billing period. When the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free forever plan.
