Why does my booking page say "My Service"?

You may share your booking link with your clients, but the first thing they see is "My service."

What is that, and how can you turn it off? Follow this guide. 

This feature is available on Professional and Teams plans.

When you first turn on Appointment Types for a booking page, the first appointment type is created as a placeholder called "My Service." If you are offering multiple types of appointments, you can start by editing this first on your page. 

Navigate to Appointment Types under Additional options.

Toggle Appointment Types off if you are only offering one type of appointment - that way your clients will go straight to your available times for booking when they visit your booking page. 

If you want to offer different types of appointments, click + to Create new appointment type/s. 

If you need to rename this appointment click on the pencil to Edit.
