Your account email address is the address you use to sign in to the account, and where account invoices are emailed. Changing your account email doesn't affect the calendars YouCanBookMe checks for conflicts, or where new bookings are added.

How to change your account email address
In your YouCanBookMe account, click your initials in the top right and click Account > Update account email.
Or click here: https://app.youcanbook.me/#/account?show=email
Enter your new account email address twice, and check the box "I'm happy to give control of my YouCanBookMe account to the email provided."
Confirm the change by clicking the Change account email button.
This action will trigger an email to your newly set account email. You must click verify on that email within 24 hours to confirm the change.

What a new account email may change in your YouCanBookMe account
Where notifications about your account are sent
All invoices and notifications about your account (ie upcoming renewals, remaining SMS credits) will be emailed to your account email address. It currently isn't possible to send account invoices to a separate email.
The email address where you receive notifications about bookings
To check the email address that will receive notifications about bookings, open your booking page settings to Notifications > Actions. In the Confirmation email to you, if the email is set to send to Owner Email or {ACCOUNT-EMAIL}, then this notification will send to your updated account email. If you want this notification to go to an email address different than your account email, select Custom Email from the To field dropdown, and enter your target email below.
Reset password for SSO accounts
If you originally setup your account with SSO (Microsoft or Google) you first will need to run a password reset to setup an account password. Do that here while logged out: https://app.youcanbook.me/#/authRecoverPassword
From there you can follow the prompt above to change the email and enter your new password.
How login using SSO with your new account email address
If you've changed your account email to Google or Microsoft based email address, you can login to YouCanBook.me using the SSO (single sign in) buttons. If you prefer not to use SSO, you can set a password on your account.
