Booking Page Creation

  1. Within the YouCanBookMe dashboard, simply select, Create a Booking Page
  2. Choose the duration of your meeting
  3. select the times you are available
  4. Title the booking page to anything relevant to your business
  5. Add an image
  6. Select your meeting location
  7. And just like that, your booking page is ready to be shared with anyone, anywhere.

Customize your Booking Page Further

  1. [Appointment Types] You can offer various appointment types on your booking pages to showcase all the services you offer. 
  2. [Customizable Booking Form] Booking pages can be tailored to include additional fields based on the data you need to collect before the meeting. You can also make certain fields required or optional. 
  3. [Automatic Calendar Event] When your booker books a meeting with you, a calendar event is automatically added to your calendar and the booker's calendar. There's no need to send a meeting request any longer.
  4. [Email Confirmation] Both the booker and you will receive an email confirmation with the booking details to ensure no updates are missed.
  5. [Integrations] The first thing to do after signing up for a YouCanBookMe account is to integrate your calendars. This will set up your booking pages with your availability, preventing double bookings.
