You can also access the team portal by clicking here. You can invite team members to your main account by clicking on "invite team members"
- You can invite a single team member or invite them all at once! To invite team members all at once, simply add all email addresses in the invite field box separating each email using a comma. Here's an example of how to separate email addresses: jane@janemail.com, bobbi@bobbimail.com, Annie@mail.com
- Next, choose a user role then send an invite. There are three user roles. Administrators, Editors, Contributors. You can review each role in detail, in this article.
- Once your team invitations are sent, your team member will receive an email invitation to join your YCBM account. The invitation link expires after 24 hours so if your team member hasn't expired and the link expired, you can resend them another invitation.
