More information on Webhooks

A webhook is a way to pack information and send it from one application to another.

This feature is available on the Professional and Teams plans.

Within the notifications workflow, you have the option to send off a webhook based on any of these triggers:

1. When a booking is made
2. When a booking is rescheduled
3. When a booking is cancelled
4. Reminders before the booking
5. Follow-Ups After the booking
6. When the booking is marked as a no-show

To send a webhook expand the trigger and click the plus sign and webhook:

From there set your:

1. Delay - when should this webhook be sent, leave it as 0 to trigger it immediately
2. Destination URL - Where is this information being sent
3. Method - GET (retrieve), POST (create), PUT (full update) PATCH (partial update), and DELETE (full delete)
4. Payload - using JSON (Javascript Oriented Notation) set the booking data you would like to include. This can leverage Shorthand codes to pull in all the booking data you need
