How to create a single-use link

Single-use links let you send a link to your booking page that will expire after one person uses it to schedule a booking. 

1. To locate your booking page one-time booking link on the Dashboard, click the three dots, then Share to copy the one-time link.

2. You can find the one-time link in the booking page settings. Edit the booking page and click the Share button in the top right corner. 

2. Copy the one-time link and share it directly to an email or document.

Using YCBM's Chrome Extension

Download the YCBM Chrome extension to access all your booking pages and bookings without navigating to another page. You can quickly copy your one-time booking links directly from the Chrome extension.

1. How does the one-time link differ from my actual booking link?

• For your bookers, the booking experience is the same. They click on the link to view your available times and quickly schedule a meeting with you. Once the meeting has been confirmed, the one-time booking link becomes expired.

2. Does the link expire after someone views it, or after someone makes a booking on it?

• The link expires only after someone makes a booking. It can be viewed multiple times.
