For customers who pay for sessions in advance, you can easily create a promo code that grants them a 100% discount. They can use this promo code whenever they need to book with you, and you can conveniently track how many sessions they have left in their package. Follow this guide to set up promo codes in your Stripe account and to create packages on your YCBM page.
This feature is available on our Professional and Team plans.
Set up Coupons and Codes
In your Stripe account, head to the Product catalogue and select Coupon, or click this link
1. Click on Create a coupon, or + New
2. Set the terms for the discount: create a name for the coupon, select the Percentage discount type, and enter 100 for the Percentage off.
3. Turn on Use customer-facing coupon codes.
4. Limit the number of times this code can be redeemed.
5. Add an expiry date.
6. You can create one promo code for all your clients or a code for one specific client.
4. Select Save Coupon.
Turn on Appointment Types
In your YCBM account, go to your booking page settings and turn on Appointment types.
1. Go to Additional Options> Appointment Types> Set up different appointment types, durations, and prices.
2. Go to the Collect payments tab > Select Take payment for your bookings via Stripe and Add promo codes.
3. Save all changes.
