Add VAT number to your account

European customers can add your VAT number to your billing details to avoid paying the 20% VAT on your YouCanBookMe subscription.

This feature is available on all our plans, including the Free one. 

As a UK business, you have to pay VAT on your transactions. You may be able to claim it back from HMRC. If your billing address is in the UK, you won't see the option to add VAT to your billing details. 

To add your European VAT number, navigate to the Billing Page:

Click Edit billing address.

Check the box "I have a Valid European VAT number" and enter your VAT number here.

We validate all VAT numbers here: http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/. If your VAT number is showing as not valid, you'll need to contact that organization to resolve this issue.
