Once you've integrated your Zapier account with YouCanBook.me, you'll need to use your Zapier key when creating new Zaps from YouCanBookMe to your favorite systems.
This feature is available on the Professional and Teams plans.
The Account Owner can find the Zapier key on the Integrations page in their account. Next to the integrated Zapier account, click the Eye icon. to show the key. You can also copy it from here:
Once the key is revealed, highlight to copy the key.

The Zapier key is a long string of letters and numbers and starts with zk_
In your Zapier account, you can go to My Apps and connect to your YouCanBook.me account using this API key.
I'm getting the "We hit an error adding your new account" error message.
You received this error message because your zaps haven't been updated to the latest version yet, and you're still using the old version of the Zapier key.
The new version offers account-wide zaps, which can really help cut down on the number of zaps you need to set up. Please reset the Zapier key in YCBM and update your zaps to resolve this issue. If you need any assistance, please contact Support at support@youcanbook.me
