Integrate with Mailchimp through Zapier – YouCanBookMe Help Center

Many business owners use Mailchimp for their email marketing. With Zapier, you can capture the information from your bookers and have it sent directly to any list inside Mailchimp. This article will walk you through how to set things up.

Follow these steps to set up the integration with YCBM and Mailchimp.

Follow these steps to integrate with Zapier.
Create a new Zap
Choose YouCanBookMe as your Trigger.
Choose New Booking as the Event.
Select the booking page you want to use. If you do not see your new page, click Refresh results.
Click Test Trigger and in a new tab create a test booking.
Select the found booking and continue to setup the Action:
Click to add the Action:
Select Mailchimp and choose Add Subscriber as event. If you don't have a Mailchimp account you will need to set that up first.
Choose the Audience that the booker should be added to:
Link Email, First Name, Last Name with the YCBM info from Step 1:
Hit Continue then Test step.
Verify that things are showing up correctly in Mailchimp. Then hit publish.
Success! Now all new bookings from this page will be added to your audience in Mailchimp.

Is Mailchimp free?
- Yes they currently have a free option. This will allow you to create an audience and email your customers. You can explore their paid plans for more functionality.
Is Zapier free?
- Yes, similar to Mailchimp they offer a free plan.
Why isn't the test information from YCBM coming through?
- Be sure that you have the correct booking page open in a new tab. Click Test Trigger in Zapier then submit the booking on YCBM.
