Integrate with HubSpot through Zapier – YouCanBookMe Help Center

HubSpot is a powerful CRM tool that many businesses use to manage things. With the help of Zapier, you can capture the information from your bookers and have it sent directly to your HubSpot account. This article will walk you through how to set things up.

This feature is available on our Professional and Team plans.

Follow these steps to set up the HubSpot integration with YCBM.

Follow these steps to integrate with Zapier.
Create a new Zap.
Choose YouCanBookMe as your Trigger.
Choose New Booking as the Event.
Select the booking page you want to use:
- Note: If you do not see your new page, click Refresh results.
Click Test Trigger and in a new tab create a test booking.
Select the found booking and continue to set up the Action:
Click to add the Action:
Select HubSpot and choose Create or Update a Subscriber as event. If you don't have a HubSpot account you will need to set that up first.
Choose your HubSpot account or connect it:
Link Email, First Name, Last Name, and any other fields with the YCBM info from Step 1:
Hit Continue then Test Step.
Verify that things are showing up correctly in HubSpot. Then hit publish.
Success, now all new bookings from this page will automatically add contacts inside of HubSpot.

Is there a free HubSpot plan?
- Yes they currently have a free option. This will allow you to grow your email list and create new leads.
Is Zapier free?
- Yes, similar to HubSpot they offer a free plan.
Why isn't the test information from YCBM coming through?
- Be sure that you have the correct booking page open in a new tab. Click Test Trigger in Zapier then submit the booking on YCBM.
