The Account Owner can make billing updates on the account to change the credit card on file, change the billing cycle, update the billing address, purchases SMS credits, download invoices and more.
This feature is available on all our plans, including the Free plan.
1. To check out your billing details, log into your YCBM account, click on the icon in the top right corner of the home screen, head over to the Plan & Billing page, and then click the "Manage billing" button to enter the Stripe customer portal.
2. If the email address you provided is linked to a YCBM account, you'll receive a confirmation shortly. The login link will be active for 30 minutes.
3. Check your inbox for an email from Stripe with a link to your customer portal.
