How to change your YCBM account email address
As an Account owner, simply login to your account and click here to update the email address. If you're using a Team Management account, we recommend using a general email address.
This way, others can easily access the account when necessary. Changing your account email won't impact the calendars already linked to your booking pages.
How to enable Two Factor Authentication
To add an extra layer of security to your YCBM account, enable 2FA by clicking here. Each time you log in, you will need to enter a security code generated by a 2FA app.
How to buy SMS credits
SMS credits are not included in the subscription cost. They can be purchased on free and paid accounts. One SMS credit is $0.07 (US) / €0.05 (EUR) / £0.05 (GBP) and can send up to 160 characters. Once you've decided how many credits to purchase, continue with your purchase by entering your billing details. Learn more here: How to Buy SMS Credits
How to adjust your data retention period
By default, YCBM's data retention setting for individual bookings in 24 months: 24 months after a booking is made, the data will automatically be deleted. Learn more about GDPR (European and UK privacy and data regulation) here.
How to delete your account
To delete your account, you'll need to log in to your YCBM account and go to the Account settings. Click Delete account, and follow the prompts to delete the entire account.
