You can set the language of your booking page under Additional options, Language & timezones. Most of the text on your booking form will translate automatically or can be edited by you. Depending on the language you set on your booking page, you may still need to translate the cancel and reschedule links in the emails to your clients.
This feature is available on all our plans, including the Free one.

Translate the Cancellation Link
Instead of using the provided shorthand code {CANCEL}, you can translate the link using the shorthand code {CANCEL-LINK}.
Use this formatting to translate your cancellation link:
[Your custom text to Cancel the Booking]({CANCEL-LINK})
These links will trigger any notifications you have set up under Notifications - If booking canceled, when the booker takes the action to cancel the booking.
Translate the Reschedule Link
Instead of using the provided shorthand code {RESCHEDULE}, you can translate the link using the shorthand code {RESCHEDULE-LINK}.
Use this format to translate the reschedule link:
[Your custom text to Reschedule the Booking]({RESCHEDULE-LINK})
These links will trigger any notifications you have set up under Notifications - If booking rescheduled, when the booker takes the action to reschedule the booking.
Translate the Owner Cancel/Reschedule Links
In the confirmation email that is sent to you and your team members, there are separate links for canceling and rescheduling a booking, identified by the shorthand codes {OWNER-RESCHEDULE} and {OWNER-CANCEL}.
To translate these links use {OWNER-RESCHEDULE-LINK} and {OWNER-CANCEL-LINK}. {MANAGE-BOOKING-LINK} can also be translated, this link takes you to YouCanBook.me to view the booking in more detail.
