Solution 1: Create Separate booking pages for each appointment type you offer
Solution 2: Use Teams feature for each appointment type you offer
Create Separate booking pages for each appointment type
💡 Use this solution if:
Your availability doesn't overlap between services, and you want all your bookings to reside on the same linked calendar.
From your dashboard, either duplicate an existing booking page, or create a new one from scratch.
You can customize the booking page for each service by setting a unique booking page URL, and set the availability of that service (the days and time you offer it.
All bookings pages will check the same linked calendar for conflicts, and will share availability. Make sure available booking times between services do not overlap.
For your availability for each service you offer, navigate to Times & Availability. Set the specific days and times that you work in each location, either using Repeating Availability or Calendar Managed Availability.
If you use Calendar Managed Availability - use a different key phrase on each booking page to differentiate your availability from location to location.
In the GIF below, Customer Support calls are available 8am-12pm Monday-Friday, and Customer Onboarding calls are available Monday - Friday 1pm-5pm.
Use Teams feature for each appointment type
💡 Use this solution if:
You want to have a single booking link for all the appointments you offer, or you have overlapping availability for your various appointment types. You will link each service to its own unique calendar, so your subscription costs may increase.
In your account, create a single booking page. Under Calendar & Teams, turn Teams on. Make each appointment type to a different team member, with each location linking to its own unique calendar for availability.
In the Team page intro text box, include instructions to your clients, as this will be the first text they see when visiting your booking page.
Using Calendar Managed Availability to designate when each location is available for bookings on their own unique linked calendar.
You can customize the notifications to provide details about the booking based on the appointment selected using Conditional statements.
