Whether you're on a monthly or a yearly plan, you can adjust your subscription at any time to remove calendars.
This feature is available on all plans.

View the number of linked calendars on your account
You can see how many calendars are linked across your booking pages on your Integrations page.
Removing team members from your booking page
You can reduce your subscription by removing a team member from any booking page they are linked to on your account.
1. Under Who: Calendar & teams, click the trash can icon to remove the team member.
2. If the team member is linked to multiple booking pages, you need to remove them from all associated pages to reduce your subscription.
3. Once the team member is removed from all booking pages, you'll be prompted to "Update your subscription." Click on the banner to reduce your subscription and credit your account.
Deselecting calendars from a booking page
Another option is to deselect some of the calendars YouCanBookMe is checking for conflicts.
1. On the booking pages where you're checking multiple calendars for conflict, click "Edit" under Who: Calendar & teams, and uncheck the calendars you no longer want to check for conflicts.
2. Once that calendar is not linked to any of your booking pages, you'll be prompted to Update your subscription. Click on the banner to downgrade your subscription and credit your account.
Turning booking pages offline
You can turn booking pages offline to reduce your subscription. Offline booking pages do not count towards your subscription total. You can turn any booking page offline on your dashboard by toggling it to Offline.
