2. Locate Your Zap: Identify the Zap (integration) that you want to migrate. It could be a simple integration that triggers actions based on new bookings, for example.

Updating Your Zap

1. Edit Your Zap: Open the Zap for editing.
2. Update Trigger: Navigate to the trigger event (e.g., new booking).
3. Migration Prompt: Zapier will prompt you about the new version availability and the need to reconnect your account.
4. Reconnect Account: Follow the steps to reconnect your YouCanBookMe account. This may involve generating or copying your Zapier API key from the YouCanBookMe integrations page.

Configuring the Updated Zap

1. Select Resource: Choose between account-level or booking page-level zaps. Select the appropriate booking page(s) if needed.

• All YouCanBookMe users will need to update their Zapier integration to the lastest version by October, 31st, 2024. If users have not migrated to the new Zapier integration by this date, your zaps in the previous Zapier version may not work or sync your desired data.
