If you have subscribed to a subscription plan but then wish to cancel your subscription, you can do this by downgrading to a Free plan. Follow this guide to update your YCBM account.
- Log in to your YCBM account and go to the Plan & Billing page, or you can simply click here.
- Next, click on "Cancel plan" and follow the prompts that appear.
- Once you’ve completed these steps, your subscription plan will stop renewing, and your card on file won’t be charged any fees. If you still have time remaining on your subscription, you can enjoy access to all the paid features until it expires. If you’d like to remove access to those features right away, just reach out to our Support team. Please note that there won’t be any automatic refunds or credits for the unused time (you can review paragraphs 12.5-12.8 from our refund policy here).
- Finally, you will need to update your booking pages. Please choose one booking page to keep online, ensuring it has a maximum of 7 booking form questions and just one Appointment type if you're using this feature.
- For the other booking pages, turn them offline by clicking the three dots in the top right corner and selecting "Set offline" for those pages.
- Next, let’s head over to the Integrations page. You can do this by clicking the initial icon in the top right corner, then going to Integrations, or you can simply click here.
- Choose one calendar connection to link to your online booking page, and disconnect the other calendar integrations by clicking the three dots.
- Lastly, if you’re using Zapier or Hubspot, don’t forget to remove those integrations as well.
- Please note that the following feature will no longer work:
- Padding between bookings
- Calendar Managed availability
- "Reminder before booking" and "After appointment ends" emails and SMS
- Limit bookings
- Promo codes and vouchers

It depends. Per our Refund policy here, if you subscribe to a monthly, 12 month or 24 month subscription plan and decide to cancel your subscription plan within 30 days of your initial subscription date, we will refund the full amount of any sums already paid by you.
