You can track your notifications on the Notifications timeline. If you see your notifications are failing, follow this guide to figure out why.

Did the booker enter the wrong email address?
If you see your booker has made a mistake on their email address, you can edit their email. This won't resend the original confirmation email, but will ensure they receive upcoming notifications you have scheduled.
On your Bookings dashboard, click Details next to the booking you want to edit. Next to their email address, click Edit to correct their email address.
Is the "Email address" field included on the booking form?
By default, the 'Email Address' type is pre-selected and mandatory on all booking forms, and it cannot be changed.
Are your booker's emails having trouble getting through, perhaps bouncing back, getting blocked by spam filters, or is there something else going on on their end?
Contact the YouCanBookMe Support team, and we’ll be check and filter any email address on our transactional email platform within 30 days of being sent.
If your booker mentions they haven't received an email or reminder, just let us know their email address, and we can help you figure out what happened. Here are some common reasons for email delivery issues:
- Hard bounce — The server couldn't deliver your message (e.g., unknown user, mailbox not found).
- Auto responder — An automatic email response (e.g., "Out of Office" or "On Vacation").
- Soft bounce — Unable to deliver the message temporarily (e.g., mailbox full, account disabled, exceeds quota, out of disk space).
- Spam complaint — The subscriber marked this message as spam.
Is your domain DMARC protected?
Your email may have a DMARC policy that's preventing us from sending emails 'from' your work address. When we encounter this DMARC issue, all emails will be sent from notifications@youcanbook.me instead of your DMARC protected domain.
You can easily integrate a Gmail-based account to send notifications from that email address. If you need DKIM support, feel free to reach out to our Support team. We're happy to help you set it up!
