The fully customizable booking form on your booking page will allow you to collect all of the data you need from your booker before meeting with them. All of the questions of your booking form can be found in your booking page settings, under Booking form Questions.

Organize your booking form
Your booking page is created with 3 standard questions - First name, Last name and Email address. You can add or remove questions to your booking form.
1. Use the dots on a question to reorder the way the questions appear on your booking form.
2. Click the Trash bin icon to delete a question, or the pencil icon to edit an existing question.
3. Click Add question to add an additional question to your form. Paid accounts can have unlimited question on their form.
4. Toggle Captcha off to reduce booking friction for your clients.
💡 Do I need the EMAIL question on my booking page?
At this time you cannot remove the Email question from your booking form in the app, this is to ensure that you can send email confirmations to your client.
Add a question to your booking form
Select "Add question" and an expanded question item will appear.
- Select the question type (see a full list of question types below)
- Name the Label - this is the question that your bookers will see. You can also add text after the question
- Change the shorthand code if you want to (these are great for customizing your emails later)
- Decide if you want there to be text after the question, like further direction on how to answer
- Decide if it will be a required field. A required question must be answered to confirm the booking.
Free plans can add up to 7 questions. Paid plans can add an unlimited number of questions.
Question types on Booking form
When adding a new question to your form, you can select from several question types.

Short answer | The simplest type of question. The booker enters a single line of text. | x | x |
Long answer | For longer answers, which might be spread over several lines. These are good for addresses or 'please enter more detail' type questions. | x | x |
Email address | This is included by default in your booking form. This field will validate the email entered by your booker. If you don't include at least one email address question type on your form, the system will not be able to send out any confirmation or reminder emails to your booker. | x | x |
Phone number | Be sure to check the mobile phone option if you want to send SMS messages.The country is automatically detected. Bookers can enter the number in any format. There is no need to add a country code. | x | x |
Checkbox | Simple check box. Can be used to get agreement from the booker for terms and conditions, etc. | x | x |
Multiple choice | Enter the list of choices in the text box - one option on a line, or add multiple options in a single list. You can set the choice to be either dropdown lists, radio buttons or a set of checkboxes. Select 'checkboxes' to allow the user to choose more than one of your options. | x | x |
Passthrough question | Data is added to the booking form by passing it through in the URL. The 'answer' will appear on the booking form, but will not be editable by the booker. If there is nothing in the URL, then the field will appear blank. | x | x |
Hidden question | Similar to a passthrough question, data is added by passing it through in the URL. The question will not appear on the booking form, and you can only display the results in your confirmation emails by using the corresponding shorthand code. | x | x |

Block of text | For the bookers' information only. Does not require input. Use this to add extra information to your booking form. Simply add text into the 'before' box, or split it between the before and after boxes to format it slightly differently. | x | x |
Start Time | This will show the time and date that the person chose on the previous page. You can change the label to anything that makes sense for your users, e.g. "Your appointment will start at:" | x | x |
End Time | This automatically calculates the end time of the booking. | x | x |
Duration | If you have different length appointments available,this will present a dropdown box showing the range of durations that are available for the selected start time. | x | x |
Dividing Line | To break up a long form, you might want to add a dividing line or two between sections. | x | x |
Price | This option will appear if you have set a price on your Appointments, or are taking payments on your booking page. This item will simply display the price to the user. | x | x |
Units 'How many would you like to book?' | Automatically added when the 'units per slot' feature is enabled on the Times & Availability section. See the help page for that item for more information. | x | |
