Use multiple choice questions on your booking form

When your bookers are filling out your booking form, you may want them to select from a list of preset options instead of allowing free-form text. Follow this guide to set up multiple choice questions on your booking page. 

This feature is available on All Plans (Free, Individual, Professional, and Teams)

Add a multiple-choice question to your booking form

Navigate to Booking form Questions under Additional Options and click Add question.

Select Multiple choice as the question type.

The question label is how the question will appear on the booking form - you can edit this from Please choose to whatever makes sense on your booking page. 

The shorthand code is how you will refer to this question in the rest of the booking process to display your booker's selection. 

Multiple choice types

You can choose to display your multiple choice options as a dropdown list, radio buttons, or a checkbox.

• Dropdown - all of the possible options will appear in a list form, and the booker will select one by clicking the field.
• Radio buttons - all of the possible options will appear on the screen, but the booker can only select one. No option will be selected by default.
• Checkboxes - all of the possible options will appear on the screen, and the booker can select more than one option if needed. No option will be checked by default. 
  
  

Add options to the list

By default, each multiple choice question will add Option 1 and Option 2 to your booking form. Click on each to edit the label of these options.

Click Add another to add another option to the list, one by one. 

If you have a long list of options you want the booker to choose from, click Add multiple, and paste into the list - each option on its own line. 

Finally, decide if you want to make this question required. Required questions must be answered before the booking can be confirmed.
