Cascading Style Sheets, or CSS, is a simple design language used to customize the style of web pages.
CSS is a powerful form of customization that also constitutes a security risk. You may have been using this in the past to hide days you're unavailable for booking, or to customize the font or display of your available booking times. However, when used improperly on booking pages, CSS can misrepresent individuals or corporations.
As we continue to strengthen the security of our tool, we need to ensure that we mitigate any potential for nefarious activity on booking pages. That is why YouCanBookMe no longer supports the use of CSS on its booking pages.
We know some of our customers really loved the ability to use Custom CSS, and we are sorry that we need to make this decision. With this change, we will be able to invest our resources into new features that will enable you to get even more value out of our product.
As we take steps to secure our tool, we are also working in the background to give you more control over how availability is displayed to your bookers, you can check this out with our new Calendar Layout. We will be bringing more customization options to you in the future!
