When this setting is turned on the YCBM system will block out remaining availability for a day once the limit is reached. You can expect for your pages to have less options available for availability when this is turned on.
Also this is set per booking page not per team member. If you have multiple team members and the limit is set to 5. Once the page has 5 bookings in one day, no availability will be seen for the rest of that day.
This will not work with Maximum Group size.
Setting Up Limit Bookings Per Day
To set this up on your page settings click:
- Times & Availability
- Duration & Display
- Limit Bookings Per Day
- Use the "+" to increase and the "-" to decrease the limit
Then use the "+" button to increase the number of bookings that are allowed or the "-" to decrease
Will there be more limit options like per week/month?

Where is all my availability?
If you have your limit set to low and you already have existing bookings your availability will be removed. Once you have met the per day limit no availability will be present for the remainder of the day.
