When you enable this setting, the YCBM system will automatically block out any remaining availability for the day once the limit is reached. This means your pages will show fewer available options when this setting is active. Please note, this setting is applied per booking page and not per team member. So, if you have multiple team members and the limit is set to 5, once the page reaches 5 bookings in one day, no further availability will be displayed for the rest of that day. Additionally, this feature does not work with the Maximum Group size setting.
This feature is available on our Professional and Team plans.
Setting Up Limit Bookings Per Day
To set this up on your page settings, click:
- Additional options
- Availability rules
- Limit bookings
- Use the "+" to increase and the "-" to decrease the limit
Then use the "+" button to increase the number of bookings that are allowed or the "-" to decrease
Will there be more limit options like per week/month?

Where is all my availability?
If you have your limit set too low, and you already have existing bookings, your availability will be removed. Once you have met the per day limit, no availability will be present for the remainder of the day.
