If you are setting up a Team page (connecting multiple calendars to one booking page), you may want to have your team get an equal distribution of bookings. This can be done by using the Round Robin feature.

How to set up Round Robin
First, you will need to enable teams on your booking page.
1. Navigate to Who: Calendars & Team, and click the"Teams" box.
Round Robin allows you to have more flexibility in managing your team and optimize your bookings based on their availability.
2. Next, you will choose to optimize the availability for the booker or equal distribution.
How to Optimize for Availability for the Booker
This setting shows the overall availability of all our team members. When several team members are available at the same time, we happily choose from those who have the least number of bookings across all their booking pages.
How to Optimize for Equal Distribution
This setting displays the pooled availability for team members who have the fewest bookings. We select from those team members who have the most availability at a particular time.
3. After you've selected an option, save all changes.

- The system checks the total of bookings over a rolling 28-day period.

What happens when a booking is canceled?
- Even if a booking is canceled, it will still be counted in the total bookings for the 28 days.
