How to integrate your YCBM account with Make

How to integrate your YBCM account with Make

1. Log in to your Make account, add a YouCanBook.me module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.

2. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

3. Enter your YouCanBook.me Email Address.

7. You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more YCBM modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here. 

How to create a scenario using Make's predefined templates

1. Create an account at Make.com  

2. Select "Templates" on the left-hand side panel then search "YouCanBook.Me" in the top right corner search bar

3. You will see suggested automations for your YCBM account. The templates make the setup process easier but you can customize the scenario to meet your needs and requirements. For example, every time a new booking is created in YCBM, Make will automatically add the person's info to your Mailchimp contact list. 

4. Choose a template then click "Start guided setup" to get started.
