1. In your SureTriggers account, in the left-hand menu, click Workflows
2. Click Create Workflow, Create From Scratch, and choose your workflow name
3. When creating your workflow, you can choose between three different YouCanBookMe triggers to initiate your desired workflow
   • When a new booking is created
   • When a booking is canceled
   • When a booking is rescheduled

Setting Up The SureTriggers Webhook in YouCanBookMe

1. Login to your YouCanBookMe account.

2. Select the booking page you want to add a webhook, and click “Edit Settings”.
   
3. Select ‘Notifications’ from the left menu.
   
   
4. Now, expand the section according to your trigger. For example, if you are setting up a webhook for the ‘New Booking’ trigger, click and expand the section titled “After new booking made”.
5. Click on “Add notification”
   
6. Select ‘Webhook’ as an action type.
   
   
7. Copy the Webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it under the URL field.
   
   
8. Choose HTTP method as POST.
   
   
9. Click on “Save all changes
