Integrate a calendar directly
-
First, log in to YCBM account.
-
Once logged in, navigate to the Integrations page.
-
Click "Connect" under the Microsoft calendar option.
-
Enter your Microsoft calendar credentials for the Microsoft account to integrate.
-
Once this is complete, the newly integrated Microsoft calendar account will be listed on the Integrations page of your YCBM account. This means your calendar is ready to be used on live booking pages.
-
You can also "Connect" your OutlookMail to send booking-related notifications directly from your email.
Sharing a calendar within Microsoft
Please note that there are several versions of Microsoft and different ways to share calendars. The method below is for Outlook Live.
The examples provided here are written specifically for users who integrate more than one Microsoft calendar account with a single ("centralized") YouCanBook.me account.
If you are integrating a single Microsoft calendar account with a single YouCanBook.me account, the steps are the same as the "Integrating a calendar directly" instructions.
- Click the settings icon in the top right corner and select Shared calendars
- Select a calendar from the dropdown menu and click "Share"
- Enter the email address of the Microsoft calendar account that is integrated with YCBM - check with your colleague, as this email may be different than their YCBM account email address.
- Select the permissions level "Can Edit" and then click "Share"
- Once this is done, you'll see the Account owner will see your calendar as an option in the dropdown menu of the Calendar & Teams section of your booking page.
