2FA activated on your calendar account
YCBM connects to your Outlook or Google calendar using a process called Oauth authentication. It is a secure way to connect your calendar account to YCBM without sharing your password.
2FA is a second layer of security on your calendar account, that provides an additional password for you to enter before you can access your account.
Oauth standard is that whenever 2FA is enabled on an account, all existing integrations must be revoked for safety. This means that the 2FA enabled on your calendar account can break YCBM's connection with your calendar.
To resolve this, you can also re-authorize our connection each time you see this message on your booking page, however, the next time you log in to your calendar account with a 2FA code, it may break our connection again.
The alternative is to turn off 2FA on your calendar account that is connected to YCBM, if possible.
