YouCanBookMe integrates with Outlook 365, Google, iCloud, and Fastmail calendar accounts.
When you connect your calendars with YouCanBookMe, you're granting YCBM permission to access your calendar availability. This allows the application to read your free/busy times and display your availability on your booking page. Any new bookings will be automatically added to your linked calendar as a calendar event.
This feature is available on all plans.

Integrate a new calendar account
When your YouCanBookMe account is first created, you were prompted to integrate either with a Google or Outlook 365 calendar account. At any time, you can choose to integrate additional calendar accounts.
1. Click the account settings in the top right of your corner of the dashboard and select Integrations.
2. Click Connect on the calendar integration you want to use.
3. Enter your credentials and follow the prompts to complete the integration process.
4. If you don't see the calendar account under Integrations and extensions, click "Add another calendar account" for more options.
When the integration is complete, you'll be returned to the Integrations page and see that your new account has been successfully integrated with YouCanBook.me.
Remove an integrated account
At any time you can remove an integrated account. Any bookings made on this calendar account will appear as canceled in your YouCanBookMe bookings dashboard, as we can no longer access those bookings. Your clients will not be notified about this change because scheduled notifications for these bookings will not be sent.
Additionally, any booking pages linked to the calendar will stop working. You'll need to edit those booking pages to link them to a different calendar or set them offline.
1. On the Integrations page, click the three dots next to the account you want to remove from YouCanBookMe and click Disconnect.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. I manage my calendar on a mobile device. What should I do?
- Verify that your calendar events are going to the same calendar you have integrated with YouCanBookMe. In some cases, native mobile apps have their default calendar with the same name as your integrated calendar, but these are not the same calendar.
2. Does YCBM integrate with CalDav?
- Our CalDav integration is in beta and has some reported issues. You are welcome to connect to CalDav but we aren't able to offer support on this integration at this time. Our recommendation is to use a Google or Outlook calendar.
3. Does YCBM integrate with iCloud Calendar?
- Yes, read our Integrating with iCloud Calendar article.
4. Can I set up Calendar-Managed availability on my iCloud calendar?
- At this time, Calendar-Managed availability is unavailable for the iCloud integration as there is no way to set an event as "Free." Please contact our Support team if you have any questions.
